About

Encore Fellows are embedded as part of the host organizations’ staff, which allows them to deliver greater impact than as volunteers, board members, or short-term consultants. Throughout the year, CoGenerate (formerly Encore.org) brings Fellows and social-sector executives together to share their experiences, offer networking opportunities and further understanding of the nonprofit sector and how to capture the value of multigenerational teams.

Virtual and in-person Encore Fellowships are available.

Yes, HPE CoGenerate Encore Fellowships are available throughout the U.S.

Is it possible to pick the nonprofit I want to work for?

Potentially. If selected for an HPE Sponsored Fellowship, you may identify a nonprofit organization you would like to work with, and CoGenerate will vet them for program suitability. If there is not a match, CoGenerate will look for additional nonprofit organizations that might better suit your interests.
