NOELLE MARCUS

CEO & Founder, Nesterly
Tackling urban housing affordability and aging in place through intergenerational homesharing
“We’ve seen a resurgence of people, young and old, wanting different models of housing—ones that foster supportive friendship and connection but also provide economic opportunity. My vision is to turn homesharing into a widespread movement.”

Noelle Marcus is the CEO and founder of Nesterly, an award-winning platform for intergenerational homesharing. Her career has focused on building equitable cities through civic technology, entrepreneurship, public policy and economic development.

Over the past decade, Noelle has worked within and for cities around the world including Athens, Bogota, Boston, Detroit, Kampala, Kansas City, Oakland, Mexico City and New York. She was an MIT Sloan Fellow, a graduate of MIT’s Masters in Urban Planning program and received her undergraduate degree in political science from Barnard College.
