CoGen® Voices
Headlines are dominated by intergenerational tension and conflict. But there’s another story flying under the radar.
Across the country, older and younger are working together to solve problems in their communities. And those stories need to be told.
CoGen Voices supports leaders of all ages to hone their voice and spread a much-needed vision of intergenerational collaboration. Each experience builds the skills to tell that story, and the collaborations and community to carry it forward.
From our fellowship/cohort model to shorter, introductory and intensive trainings, we work with existing and emerging thought leaders to ensure that those who are actively cogenerating are contributing to a new narrative of cross-generational collaboration and solidarity.
“The fellowship gave me a thoughtful community that strengthened my voice while showing me how much more powerful our ideas can become when we develop them in relationship with others.”
