The CoGen Challenge
Bringing generations together to advance economic opportunity
Announcing the 2024 awardees
The CoGen Challenge to Advance Economic Opportunity elevates cogenerational models that bring older and younger generations together to help create a more inclusive and prosperous future.
Our 10 awardees bring older and younger people together to build a world where economic opportunity draws on the strengths of every generation.
Awardees will each receive $20,000 to advance their work and will participate in a six-month accelerator, providing expert and peer coaching in program development, expansion, storytelling and fundraising.
Explore each awardee below. For an overview of all 10 awardees, read our blog.
“These 10 organizations use cogeneration as a strategy to open doors to economic opportunity in such a wide variety of smart and innovative ways. We’re wowed by their potential to expand and inspire.”
