Encore Fellowships
Host a Fellow
Encore Fellows receive a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, typically part-time for one year. Host organizations cover the stipend and a program fee ($6,000 – $10,000, depending on location), craft the position description and manage onboarding and training for the Encore Fellow. CoGenerate handles the matching process, which includes rigorous screening, and provides coaching and resources — helping host organizations establish mentorship and intergenerational collaboration between the Fellows and other staff.

How it Works
An application is the first step in the process of becoming a host organization. There is no commitment made by applying. Once you submit your application, you will receive an email with a link to submit a Fellowship position description. You will then be contacted for further information.
