NICOLE PITRE EWING

Development & Operations Manager

Nicole Pitre Ewing brings over a decade of experience in operations, strategic planning, and leadership to her role at CoGenerate. At CoGenerate, Nicole manages operations, development, board management, and research, contributing to the organization’s ongoing growth and alignment with its mission. Her expertise lies in enhancing organizational effectiveness through data-driven evaluation and continuous quality improvement.

In addition to her work at CoGenerate, Nicole serves on the board of a community nonprofit focused on fostering intergenerational connections within marginalized communities, where she supports governance and capacity-building efforts. She is passionate about empowering mission-driven organizations to overcome financial and operational challenges, ensuring their long-term sustainability.

Nicole’s introduction to nonprofit administration came through her involvement in the African-American Women’s Giving & Empowerment Circle under the Arizona Community Foundation. As co-chair of its Grantmaking Committee, she played a key role in distributing grants and providing education to leaders of nonprofit organizations focused on African-American women and girls in Arizona.

A lifelong learner, Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Administration from Northern Arizona University and is a certified Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. She continually expands her skills and applies her knowledge in innovative ways to advance the missions of the organizations she serves.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and extended family, exploring hiking trails, reading good books, and making plenty of mistakes as a beginner gardener.
