With over 15 years of executive experience spanning financial services, technology, higher education, and nonprofits, he has guided Fortune 500 companies in developing corporate innovation strategies that deliver measurable results.

Simon’s work is powered by a global network of top thinkers and institutions in longevity. As a Global Ambassador for the Stanford Center on Longevity, he collaborates with world-class experts to shape the future of aging, work, and retirement. On the Advisory Board for Yale School of Management’s Experienced Leaders Initiative, Simon provides strategic advice to shape the program’s vision, ensuring its success in supporting mid-career professionals navigating meaningful life transitions. As Co-Chair of The Nexel Collaborative, Simon partners with universities, including Stanford, Harvard, and UChicago, to build a global alliance that fosters midlife transition programs, lifelong learning, and intergenerational collaboration.

In Canada, Simon serves as Chair of the Board of Governors at Wilfrid Laurier University and as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, advancing policies that prepare students and institutions for the future of work and learning.
